Vytal Future sends recurring SMS messages to opted-in members and contacts about weekly health check-ins, program reminders, account notifications, and support related to the Vytal Future program. Our primary SMS flow is a weekly check-in sequence covering nutrition, physical activity, and recovery to help us track your progress and generate your Vytal Score.

You may opt in by submitting the form above and checking the consent box. You expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Vytal Future. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may decline SMS consent and still use Vytal Future without text message check-ins.

Members in an active check-in cycle typically receive up to 14 SMS messages during a check-in week (one question per message, delivered sequentially). Additional account, reminder, or support messages are sent only as needed.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Vytal Future does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enroll, reply START.

Your mobile number and message responses are used only to deliver requested Vytal Future program and account communications and to generate your health scores where applicable. Your phone number is used solely for SMS program delivery and is never disclosed externally for marketing purposes. Message history is stored securely and used only for program delivery, support, and coaching purposes.
