SMS Messaging Consent & Terms

Vytal Future sends weekly SMS check-in messages to active members enrolled in our health optimization program. These messages consist of structured questions about nutrition, physical activity, and recovery to help us track your progress and generate your weekly Vytal Score.

By completing the Vytal Future onboarding process at app.vytalfuture.com and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Vytal Future. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You will receive approximately 14 SMS messages per week during your active check-in period (one question per message, delivered sequentially). Total messages: approximately 4–6 per month based on your check-in schedule.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Vytal Future does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enroll, reply START.

Your mobile number and message responses are used solely to deliver the Vytal Future program and generate your health scores. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Message history is stored securely and used only for program delivery and coaching purposes.
