The basics
What is Vytal Future?
Vytal Future is a health operating system that brings your wearable data, bloodwork, nutrition, and clinical care into a single platform. Instead of managing your health across five disconnected apps and an annual doctor's visit, Vytal Future unifies everything — so every health decision is informed by the full picture, continuously.
How is this different from a wearable app or health tracker?
Wearable apps track one dimension of your health — steps, sleep, heart rate — in isolation. Vytal Future connects that data to your bloodwork, your nutrition, your medications, and your clinical care. The difference is integration. Your wearable doesn't know your cholesterol is trending up. Your lab service doesn't know you've been sleeping poorly for three weeks. Vytal Future sees both.
What is the Vytal Score?
A single, continuously updated number that reflects your health across four pillars: Nutrition, Physical Performance, Mental Performance, and Clinical Care. It's built from your daily wearable data, your lab results, your clinical outcomes, and your self-reported inputs. The longer you're with Vytal Future, the more precise it becomes.
How much does it cost?

Clinical care
Who provides the clinical care?
Clinical services — including provider visits, lab ordering, prescriptions, and clinical decisions — are delivered by licensed providers through our clinical network. Vytal Future provides the technology platform and coordinates care. All clinical decisions are made by your provider, not the platform.
What kind of clinical services are available?
Our clinical network covers areas like hormone and thyroid optimization, cholesterol and lipid management, metabolic health, vitamin deficiency protocols, and more. Your provider has full visibility into your daily health data, so every clinical decision is made with context most doctors never have access to.
Can Vytal Future replace my primary care doctor?
Vytal Future is designed to complement your existing healthcare — not replace it. Think of it as the continuous layer that fills the gap between your annual visits. That said, the clinical care you receive through Vytal Future's provider network may reduce the need for standalone services you're currently paying for separately.
How do provider visits work?
Visits are conducted virtually. What makes them different: your provider already has your full data profile before the consult starts — wearable trends, lab results, medication history, and flagged concerns. No catch-up. No re-explaining. Every minute is spent on decisions, not discovery.
Data & devices
What wearables does Vytal Future support?
Vytal Future currently integrates with Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, WHOOP, and Samsung devices. We're adding more over time. If you don't have a wearable yet, any of these will work.
Do I need a wearable to use Vytal Future?
A wearable is recommended to get the full benefit of continuous monitoring. Without one, your Vytal Score will rely on self-reported data, bloodwork, and clinical inputs — which still provides significant value, but the daily data layer is what makes the system most powerful.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. All data — wearable, clinical, and personal — is handled with industry-standard security and encryption protocols. Your health information is never sold or shared with third parties.
Getting started
What happens after I join the waitlist?
You'll receive updates on launch timing and founding member details directly to your inbox. When we open access, waitlist members get priority — including locked-in founding member pricing.
What is a founding member?
Founding members are our earliest users. They get early access to the platform and pricing that's locked in for as long as they remain a member — regardless of future price changes.
Is Vytal Future available nationwide?
Availability will be announced at launch. Clinical services are subject to state licensing requirements. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when Vytal Future is available in your area.
